Very good quality pair of antique early Victorian Rosewood chairs. They are in good original condition, with normal marks & indentations consistent for their age, which I would put at around the 1840-60 period. These chairs have balloon backs with fine carvings, serpentine fronts & cabriole legs. The green velour, velvety fabric, looks to me like it could be original & is not in bad condition, considering the age. At some point, I might recover, but then the price will go up accordingly.
