Good quality antique French style display cabinet, with a bow front & ends. There are a few different woods within it, but the main one looks like rosewood, with some mahogany, tulip wood & possibly kingwood too. There is also some beautiful marquetry & inlay too. Around the top edges, plus down the sides & feet are some gilt metal mounts. The inside lining is a dusty pink velvet, that looks original, but it is fairly marked up from where items have been sitting. It doesn't look too bad from a distance, but it is noticeable close up. I suppose it could always be relined. The cabinet itself is in good condition, with normal markings consistent for it's age, which I would put at around the 1930-50's period. At the moment there is no key, but I will try to find one that fits.
