Antique Georgian figured walnut bow front chest of drawers. It's very slim, with graduated drawers, with distressed brass handles & sits on bracket feet. The figured walnut is beautiful & is all over the top, front & the sides too. This chest is in good condition, with some minor markings, consistent for the age, which I would say is around the 1930's.
Antique Georgian style batchelors chest in beautifully figured walnut, with crossbanding on the drawer edges & more figured walnut on the top surface, when opened. The drawers have the original brass handles & escutcheons. Good condition, with normal markings & indentations consistent for the age, which I would say is around the 1930-50's. This is a very well made chest & practicable too, because of the extra writing surface.
Small figured walnut 'batchelors chest' in the antique Georgian style, with a flip over top that will give an extra writing surface when needed. It has the original brass handles & sits on bracket feet. This chest has a nice warm original colour to it.
This most exquisite little campaign chest is full of charm & character. It has many fine features, including the original brass handles, brass corners, brass inlay & brass carrying handles. The yew veneers are stunning throughout with a lovely warm colour too. This well constructed chest of drawers is in the antique Georgian style, but very small in proportions & I don't think it is going to hang around for too long. I would date it to around the 1930's.
