Antique Victorian duet stool or window seat, wth a lift up upholstered seat that reveals storage space inside. The frame is rosewood, with satinwood stringing, with tapered spade end legs. The back has the same design as the front. It's in good condition for the age, which I would say is around the 1890 period, with normal markings & indentations commensurate for age.
